I feel like this is not a correct usage of "obfuscate" but I can't be sure. Like, obfuscating something should be more abstract than literally covering something up.

I just looked up the definition. You might be right. Might be a matter of interpreation or intent I suppose.

From Oxford:

Tell me honestly. If everyone in America who owns a black truck were to die today would America be a better place? I’m not asking if some decent people would die too but just in general, overall, be honest.
