I've only cataloged and photographed my ~400 most valuable records, and photo documented the interior of the home. It would be difficult to assess the replacement value of most of my property as everything I own is second hand from estates or auctions, and I tend to acquire them far below their resale value.

Nothing I own is in any way valuable if a thief were to try to rob me - I have no electronics or television and reselling my artifacts would be FAR more trouble than it's worth. I just have to hope I never have a fire or an environmental catastrophe.
