You should check out the restaurant Noir in Ho Chi Minh! It's an in-the-dark fine dining experience. Completely pitch-black and you have no idea what you're eating until afterwards and all the servers are blind. It's awesome! They also own Blanc which has servers who are deaf and you have to order in sign language.

Hah, we have that in KL. People say good things about it but I'm kind of reluctant to eat something I can't see. ;)
