It's been that stupid hot lately.

I don't think 2 miles is all that impressive. I'm not terribly athletic but once I started going to the gym and running everyday I sort of fell into the habit and definitely enjoy the benefits. The actual running part does blow nuggets though.

Quite the opposite. I used to run every day and you get to a point where running actually feels good. I use to get a sort of body high when I would run. Helps with anxiety too.

Kinda got burnt out once I hit "Level 20" a few months ago.
More into Mixcloud these days. I can put something together
and send it on to friends.

Hot here is when it hits 111°+ like it did a few days ago.
I bike 10 miles regularly in 90+° heat, so it's kind of expected here.
