I once put someone on ignore for about a day, but almost immediately gave up on it . It's a pretty uncomfortable option because you still see the person's name and avatar every time they post, so you are all the time thinking, "That person has just posted something but I can't read it. What if it's about me?" Decided it was best to stay with MB, the un-blinkered version.
