IMO tea is always best when brewed hot: chilling is optional. The only exception would be a fresh herbal infusion... But that's probably not considered tea. We will just have to agree to disagree on this subject. And honestly even sweet tea sounds better than the detox smoothie I'm drinking right now :-/

I enjoy a Mango Ceylon "Metabolic Frolic" fruit infusion or any variety of rooibos teas.

Sweet tea is to real tea like a 7-Eleven French Vanilla Cappuccino is to a real Cappuccino. (The difference is about 20 grams of sugar per 8oz serving.)

A 14oz Sweet Tea at McDonalds clocks in at 54 grams of sugar. That's not tea. That's diabetes.

Water is the best along with other languages

Mayi- Lingala
Maji- Swahili
Agua- Portuguese and Spanish
