Their blonde roast is quite decent. Usually people buy coffee at those establishments because they don't have the time to make it themselves.

I had a black coffee from Starbucks once or twice and both times it tasted kind of burnt. Also, I can definitely understand the convenience, especially since if I wake up early, i'll get a black coffee from like a coffee vending machine type thing that usually has Seattles Best Coffee. At the same time, I don't really drink coffee. I drink energy drinks instead.
