I think I smiled for the real picture but that was a shot one of my buddies took while we waited for the photographer.

I think everyone would agree with me.

I think you look noticeably more mature, not just because of the hair and facial expression, but you just look more "filled out". You also remind me a bit of LoathsomePete in the second pic! Might just be the mouth, I don't know.
