Actually, a bong does make it more gangsta. The fact that it was unintentional unfortunately negates this fact.

I'd say unintentionally looking gangsta is pretty gangsta.

Him mentioning that it was unintentional implies that if they'd remembered it they would have taken it out for legal purposes. Ungangsta. Putting it in just to be badass would be kinda lame, sure---although tongue-in-cheek, white boy lameness is clearly the point---but the FU quotient would still add real gangstaness.

Forgetting the bong---likely due to having used it---adds stoner cred rather than gangsta cred.

All ungangstaness would however be negated if the gun was loaded. Extra points if the safety was off.
