Are you okay with that? I mean, I've seen much worse but I have a feeling you could do better for yourself if that's what you wanted and are willing to work for it. Not saying that's not the case it just seems like you've been (understandably) unhappy with your living situation for a while now.

It's fine, I just don't like sharing the room with my parents. It's not good when my dad gets up for work in the morning, it's a spectacle really.

I just realized the thing on the left corner of the pic is probably a drawer and not a wall...

Nah, that's a counter where the sink is. And then the bathroom is directly to the left. It's still a whole room, that's just a picture of my bed, I was making a joke and calling it my room.

My folks always told me, "Never put your bed next to your sink", and what'd I do? The exact opposite.

My mother was always more concerned about being next to the toilet.
