I met this Californian girl in Amsterdam once and I was talking to her and she suddenly burst into tears, so I asked her what was up & she mumbled something about how she always dreamed that an English guy would hit on her and that she was finding it too overwhelming.

Which kind of begs the question why she went to Amsterdam & not London.
