Yeah I haven't resorted to threats yet, but should. I do pay on time and am a very hassle-free tenant. I've also thought about taking some money off my rent and including a letter stating why I'm lowering it. :laughing: I'm just very non-confrontational...but I do have rights and should speak up about them. I agreed to a certain monthly rate based on the condition the apartment was in at the time...and that didn't include a cracked window. This isn't the ghetto, dammit!

That was best mate a few years ago but never had a copy of the photo until I visited him in germany a couple of weeks ago and yes, formal wear does not suit me one bit. Jeans and T shirt for me everytime.

They don't make 'em like that here in the US of A. In fact, we'd probably be called all kinds of names wearing that here. But those suits beat the hell out of the monkey suits that I usually see.

That being said zoot suits should really make a come back.

The tails and ascots are what I like. Those particular suits have a good color combo too. I'd like to be able to just pick up that kind of thing at Men's Wearhouse or something.

That's an understatement. I hate any 'sensible' clothing' but I had to stay in the same thing for over 12 hours as I was best man :( Great night though. We managed to get the DJ to put some Iron Maiden on and we cleared the dance floor with our over exuberance :D
