I wouldn't mind living somewhere it rained a lot.

No one loves rain as much as I do, but by the end of the month i was like "STOP!!!!!!!!!"
I also had to endure 6 months of absolutely brutal Maine winter. I want my summer damn it!!!!!!!!!!!

I plant a vegetable garden and any rain is welcome in the summer. It's cheaper on the water bill.

xD Not because of the water bill.

Because rain is better. =P

I can't stand being all sweaty at work and still being expected to have perfect customer service.

Hahaha. Yeah it's been raining pretty continuously in New York this month, but I love it, it's refreshing.

Well you and I get different benefits out of rain.
Right now in LA it's a veritable drought. Two of my cucumber plants have died despite my efforts, and both bell pepper plants. The only thing still giving it up are two types of tomato plants I have, and they're on the fringe.
I have a navel orange tree that always does well, but I've had to water it daily recently because there just ain't no relief.
The blackberry bush is done, gave me a total of maybe 12 blackberries, and the grape vines didn't give me anything yet.

This summer has been ridiculously hot and dry over here.

You should meet. Maybe it'll turn into one of those quirky internet romances where you get married and live happily ever after until you start meeting up with blokes that you meet on World of Warcraft.

ProggyMan 07-04-2009 11:30 AM

I'm underaged, but otherwise that sounds great.

Dreads grew out, had to cut the hair, hate it.

Took the pic today, uploaded the pic to photobucket, saw a pic that is about 10 years old and proceeded to laugh at how little has changed.

Used sepia tone on my camera, camera is old and crappy, creates odd shadows and weird spots.

/bitching.

I like it a lot. :D

When it's 55 degrees and you're on the water, I think anything that keeps you warm is acceptable.

Ha...I'm still waiting on a new window from a big crack that occurred at the end of December. This morning I saw my landlord on the way out and he said "I'm gonna look into that glass one day soon." Sure! Last time he said "we'll get that glass taken care of as soon as it starts getting nicer" well it's July and it's been pretty damn nice out for a few months now. I have a feeling I'll be in the same situation as you...getting ready to move just before or just after he replaces the window.

Anyway, cool pic. :thumb:

Just throw something out the window and then say some kids threw stones at your window, that'll get your landlord to take some action!

You have to let him know if he doesn't fix it you wont be renewing your lease. And if you typically pay your rent on time, that will get to him.

Nah man, I meant you look like you're getting older. At least in that picture.

Heh, I guess I didn't use the best terminology to say it.
My bad.

Veridical.
I got Yac to change it because if I go somewhere with my VF alias in music, then I don't want people to have to sort through pages of MB posts on google.
Should have thought about it when I joined, but I honestly didn't think I'd be here long.
