This is an absolutely beautiful photo. And it sounds like a great trip!

It was! I'm planning to go back this summer and do the rim-to-rim hike, where I'll start at the South Rim, hike to the CO river the first day, camp overnight and then make my way up to the North Rim the next day. I highly recommend everyone visit if they can. Even if you're not up for the hikes it's an amazing sight, the epitome of breathtaking.

Beautiful photo of you Steph! You can tell you're a genuine person by your eyes.(that sounds weird but I meant it as a compliment) Would love to go there sometime.

Congratulations on the exhibition, PoorOldPo - that´s a real achievement ! I wonder how many paintings you´re showing, and if they are selling as you´d hoped ...

Yes, wolverinewolfweiselpigeon, that´s a photo to fall in love with ; stunning scenery and a beautiful, genuine, happy smile. The Grand Canyon must be one of the most spectacular places on the planet - wish I could take a trip like that myself.

I am exhibiting around 19! And I haven't sold any yet(because of the economic climate I was told by the gallery owner) But I got a very good response. People responded very well, like regular arty people that go to exhibitions. I was very happy with that. I didn't really want to sell any anyway, because that would mean charging people during a recession. But it is open for a month so anything could happen.

Trimmed the beard down to a goatee. And yes, you do see AC/DC and Jesus in the same picture.

And yes, they both suck.
