This is a myth. Baldness or non-baldness is just another trait in the inherited gene mix from both parents. I was going to provide a link but there are too many to pick from.

Once you all get older, you'll probably come to know at least one pair of adult brothers (from the same parents) in which one is totally bald and the other has a full head of hair. I've known some.
