I am open to pretty much anything with the exception of most rap and metal music. There are the occasional exceptions though. I'd say my iTunes consists mostly of what is considered alternative and/or indie. Recently, I've been enjoying (and searching for) blues and jazz. I just discovered Charles Bradley yesterday; I think he is fantastic.

Hey, I'm open to anything. I really love Rammstein, actually just recently attended a concert of theirs. It was the best concert that I have ever been to, they really do know how to entertain their audience. As for Hip Hop, I do agree there is some awesome stuff, I usually just have do dig through the crap first to find it.
