Heh, not here! Drinking age is 19 here. In the provinces of Quebec, Manitoba and Alberta it's 18. I don't get why it's 21 in the US. Poor things, having to go through university without a drop of alcohol

That's what the student life consists of here. Aged or not.

Same here Although most people reach drinking age by the end of their first year anyways.

It used to vary from state to state here. When I was a really little kid it was 18 in my home state.

It's always been 18 here (Australia) for as long as I can remember... though with the amount of drinking-related problems we have I can definitely see why 21 is a more responsible option.

I'm sure that underage drinking would still be rampant. If kids want alcohol, they're going to get it!

yes the FBI has no extra-territorial jusrisdiction as long as statutory rape is concerned, they can't even go to Mexico

only Interpol have extra-territorial jurisdiction and that's for heinous crimes - serial killers, terrorists - the Interpol would hardly give two shits about Tumor getting her eggs cracked in Britain

nope federal laws don't apply elsewhere, if it's regarding the age of consent, unless the resident can legally prove it was actual rape, not statutory rape

I couldn't imagine having a drinking age of 21. Where I grew up I'd say about 2/3 of people were drinking by 16 with a drinking age of 19.
