She`s not really that big. Last time we got her weighed she clocked in at nearly 10 lbs although I suspect that has increased over the winter as she hasn`t gone outside or gotten much in the way of exercise for the last four months. She kind of migrated from my lap up to my chest because of my laptop and I decided to take a picture, the laptop being on my lap also helped make her appear larger than she really is.

Haha indeed I was, laptop warming my lap (and possibly sterilizing me) and a warm cat on my chest, I could`ve slept like that.

My kitty cat does the same thing, and gets real snotty with me if I want to get up

She looks like she's been in the washing machine.

Nope it's how her breed's fur grows. She's a Devon Rex which is sort of a mutation from the Cornish Rex. Very odd appearance but incredibly playful and loving. They have large ears, wide eyes, slightly upturned nose, short curly fur, and no whiskers. Here's just a random picture of a white female Devon
