Well, Newport, Rhode Island does have a harbor, but if you're thinking of Newport Harbor from The Real Orange County then no. That Newport Harbor is a couple thousand miles from Rhode Island in California—on the Pacific Ocean not the Atlantic.

I want to visit Rhode Island :D. & I was thinking of Newport Harbour from the Orange County yes, my sister was addicted to that show and the place was stunning! :)

Well Newport, Rhode Island is pretty stunning too, but in a different way. No palm trees or anything and the climate is a lot closer to where you're from than to sunny California. One of the coolest things about this Newport is that it has these cliffs filled with hundred year old mansions which were once the summer homes of the New York elite. It looks like this:
