Big3 y Kayleigh: As for the prices of smokes, I was looking at $8-9 for a pack of P-funks. And no, I don't want to hear about how expensive your smokes are. This is my time. ;)

And yes, Kayleigh, my hair is pretty long. Good observation. As for exact measurement, I'd say it serves as a proper scarf. It tickles the top of my butt and I'm getting it cut soon.
