Hello from Berlin

I just joined the forum, mainly because I literally rediscovered music. I actually never stopped but in the last 20 years I, let's say, used the wrong equipment (computer/laptop speakers) to listen and enjoy music. In school I listen to a lot of music but it became less and less over the years because job, family and removals to different countries.
Now we bought a decent system and since a few months I enjoy listening to music again. I discover old and new bands, artists and albums almost every day.
I mainly want to use the forum to get to know a variety of artists, bands, genres old and new alike. For example this week I learned that I actually really like Pink Floyd(I read a post here in the forum about 10 best Pink Floyd albums), would have been unthinkable when I was in school.
I hope this forum is the right place to learn about all kinds of good music.

I'm looking forward :-)
