Default Hello from down under

Hi , I'm Paul , I'm 62 yrs old and currently in a 4 piece band playing a range of styles and these days mostly fundraisers in a small rural town. I play guitar, harmonica , and melodica.

I'm curious: If your real name is Paul, why is your username "Sammy"?

You're fine; I was just curious. What bands/artists do you dig?

Jethro Tull, Moody Blues and Knopfler are alright in my book and I'm merely in my early 30s. Welcome to the site, Sammy

What about jazz, any favorites there?

Yes, of course!

I'm also quite fond of Django and gypsy jazz in general. An old favorite of mine which I've nagged others about on this board before is Jimmy Rosenberg who was a great guitarist before he retired (and still is I'm sure)

Of course he also plays a lot of Django!
