Question I doubt that I've made my introduction yet...

...because I wouldn't exactly call myself "new to the site" now that I've been here a number of weeks.
My name's Neff as you can see. I'm from New England and I'm assuming I'm much younger than the majority of members here. I enjoy good music, video games, meeting new aquaintances, drawing, writing and sleeping.
I'm pretty sure I don't have much else to say considering I haven't met any of you yet. In closing, nice to meet you all and thanks for reading this.
Or skimming through it.
Or not.
*shrug*

I'm guessing you've heard a black metal album or two.

There's a lot. Plus it's diverse, so buckle up:
Falkenbach
Sepultura
Trivium
Slayer
Testament
Anal ****
Cannibal Corpse
1349
Manowar (meh)
White and Rob Zombie
Iron Maiden
Kampfar
Soulfly
Burzum
Napalm Death
Pantera
(early) Mayhem
Anthrax
Darkthrone

Shall I continue?

Intriguing list. I'm pretty much exclusively an 80s heavy metal listener, but we have enough in common with that list. Also intriguing is that you stuck around.

The second thing you found "intriguing"... Please elaborate.

Sorry, I meant to type something else after that, guess I just forgot.
I mean that as in you didn't post in a few threads then leave. That's a good sign to see you came back. A lot of people leave and never come back.

Well, thanks. I try to be as active as I can. And being that I have a month of summer vacation left, that leaves me plenty of time to hang out here.

Early as in De Mysteriis or early as in Deathcrush? I'm really more of an eighties black metal fan. When the Norwegian stuff is good it's great, but it's pretty hit or miss with me, and De Mysteriis is only sort of hit. But Deathcrush is one of my favorite black metal albums of all time.

And you make me sad by saying "meh" to Manowar. If I could change myself into a girl just so I could get Joey DeMaio to sign my breasts I totally would.
