Recovering old account?

I had an account here a few months ago: Pet_Sounds. I, however, forgot my password, and the email account has since been deleted (long story). Is there a way to unlock tht account? I can answer questions about the private messages if need be.

I left the country for three months about a week after losing my password. I didn't even think of MB until the other day. Good to hear from you again!
