Someone would likely get arrested which reminds me of a story I wanted to post in the can't believe it news thread.

It wouldn't even have to be the actual perpetrator. People commenting on Facebook could face charges as well. Look at that story about the girl that trolled herself on Facebook getting arrested.

First of all, that's Britain. I think it's just them that has goofy laws about Facebook posts. Secondly, we're talking about joke posts that in no way threaten anybody.
