Default New to MB :)

Hi! I have been checking out this site for a while now, and thought that it would be cool to make a profile. I am 18 years old, and I am a dude.

I like pretty much any genre of music, and no, that doesn't mean I am going to know every obscure post-blackened-atmospheric-indiecore fusion band out their, it just means I really haven't heard a genre that I didn't like.

Anyways, here are some bands that I have been listening to recently: Sunny Day Real Estate, Brandtson, Jimmy Eat World, Jawbreaker, Modest Mouse, The Postal Service, Nirvana and the Foo Fighters (I always kind of put them together), The Arcade Fire, Led Zeppelin, Band of Horses, Blink-182 (I know), Death Cab for Cutie, The Bouncing Souls, and the list could go on and on. . .

Hopefully that gives you an idea of what kind of music I like. I look forward to meeting some of you cool people, and yeah, thats pretty much it.

No need to be ashamed of Blink 182. I still listen to them to this day from time to time. They have some timeless songs.

I like jets to Brazil. You ever notice this song sounds quite a bit like this Wilco song? Or is it just me?

I know. I like Blink 182 a lot, but usually if you tell people that you like Blink 182 they look at you like your the ultimate poser.

Jets to Brazil is a pretty good band. Unfortunately I am not familiar with a lot of their music, but the stuff I do know I love a lot. And thanks for welcoming me!
