Hello, My name is Mike. I'm 23 years old and live in Barcelona. I'm originally from London but work as an English teacher in Spain. I've recently started a music blog (in sig) in my free time as a way to express my passion for music. Which is also why I've signed up here, to talk with like minded people.

I'm myself pretty new to the forum, but hope you'll have a good time here.

However, you seem to be living a great life, how do you like Spain so far?
I love learning languages and I'm taking Spanish for my written A-levels this year.
It's great to see there are some people sharing the same interests in here!

Thanks for the welcome Silenzio. I'm loving Spain, but it does have its problems (as does everywhere). I'm still rubbish at speaking Spanish, partly down to me working in English and my co-workers speaking Catalan. But I recommend doing something like this if it interests you. I stayed out here as I met someone here, so I guess the Spanish will come quicker soon

This varies massively from time to time. However, some consistent favourites are Rise Against, Alter Bridge, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Kasabian, The Cure and Frank Turner.
