Love meeting musicians, playing music and listening to music

Hi all. I'm a retired chappy that loves playing music of various different types on my soprano saxophone. In the past the music I have played has been mainly folk music but I am expanding that a bit these days.

I also love playing tennis at my local club to get exercise.

I've realized that, although I spend lots of time playing music, I don't spend too much time talking about music so this forum seems a good chance to remedy that.

I enjoy meeting other musicians and playing at pub music sessions plus sometimes go busking. I'd love to meet more musicians but, living on the borders of Exmoor in the UK, the most musical sound I often hear is just the sound of sheep :-)
