Hello, Music Lovers.
Hello Music Banter. It's very delightful to be here. I'm Redminx. I've been enjoying a passionate love affair with music for quite sometime now. I remember when I first heard “Angel” off of Massive Attack's incredible album Mezzanine. When Horace Andy started to sing I could feel the notes vibrate through my soul and experiencing the music wash over my body. By the time I had the opportunity to indulge in Erykah Badu's strange and sultry voice on “You Got Me”, I knew I had developed a relentless hunger to discover music that would make my toes curl and send chills down my spine. It's been an amazingly satisfying journey.
Artist like Fugazi, Imogen Heap, Outkast, Sleater-Kinney, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Stooges, At the Drive In, Talib Kweli and Ani Difranco are a few of my favorites. That's just a little taste however. If music was life sustaining, I could survive for years just off my Hip-hop collection alone. I'm not the type to be tied down though, I love rock music equally as much. I look forward to conversing with you all. Happy listening,

Welcome to MusicBanter, Redminx. Your enthusiastic descriptions of the music you love are very inspiring. Since I hadn't heard Massive Attack's "Angel" before, I gave it a listen.
I hope you'll have a fun time here sharing about music. Again, welcome!
