Default Greetings, all.

I actually discovered this forum a year or two ago whilst just scouring the internet, I browsed it and thought it seemed pretty cool, but just left it at that, really. But recently after missing being an active member of an internet forum, and just generally missing being part of that type of community, I decided I wanted to start posting on one again, and then I remembered this place so I thought I'd sign up.

Well. uhm. Where do I start? Talking about myself always seems to be a seemingly difficult task. I'm Brandon, I'm 16 and live in Manchester in the UK. I'm going to college later this year where I intend to study Sociology, Music, Media/Film Studies, and Photography. History interests me, also.

My hobbies include listening to, composing, and performing music, photography, and collecting vinyl.

I'm not really sure what else to say so I suppose I'll just list some of my favourite artists. (Some of these are quite obscure, I suppose. But that helps me find people with similar music taste to me.)

Sigur Rós, Bjork, Rodrigo Y Gabrilea, Placebo, Deftones, Meshuggah, Tool. Touché Amoré, Pixies, Boris, Alcest, Mono, Baroness, The Calm Blue Sea, Radiohead, Katatonia, Queens of the Stone Age, Dead Kennedys, Dance Gavin Dance, Neutral Milk Hotel, Godspeed You!, Black Emperor, The Smiths, David Bowie, Opeth, Eminem, La Dispute, Long Distance Calling, Mogwai, The xx, Dir en grey

I suppose that's enough for now, can't think of any more off the top of my head, currently. But you'll see me posting around the forum I'm sure.
