Smile Would Like to Own a Jukebox...

Hi-cool site ya have here. Scanned through newbie info-very helpful, will definitely require a closer look soon

I like to say I love something about every genre of music-& it's true-however if someone were to hold a gun to my head I'd probably think "Maybelline" first, sooo rock & roll it is.

Guess that's all the news that's fit to print.

Welcome aboard! My dad owns a jukebox which is apparently earmarked for me in the will.

So are you generally an early rock 'n roll fan? Or do enjoy other stuff as well? Who are your favorites aside from Mr. Berry?

Thanks for the warm welcome Janszoon-hope you don't get that jukebox for a very long time, I'd be interrested in hearing what it is though.

Yes I do love me some o' that early stuff-and that includes the blues & country that come up when you try to pull rock up by the roots, but really my taste in music is pretty inclusive. There is a pretty long list between Robert Johnson, Woody Guthrie, & Hank Sr. and Kings of Leon, Fun, & whoever it is again that sings that damn "Thrift Shop" song!

Anyway I like it all (except maybe "death metal" never could get into it on any level).

Graceland is probably my most played album, followed closely by 1999.
