Hi everyone, I'm Brandon! I've been playing music since I was around 12, starting off with the trumpet and violin and eventually picking up keyboard, guitar, bass and vocals over time. I've currently been recording as a solo artist under the project name of Merton Lodge and play bass, trumpet and violin in the Ottawa-based band Port Manteau.

I also started playing violin when I was a child. I have wanted to learn to play the trumpet...but I found out that the trumpet wasn't as easy as I had hoped!

I liked "Turn Away" the best of the four solo songs you have posted on YouTube, and I also enjoyed listening through Port Manteau's music, with my favorite songs now mentioned here:
