Why I like this place
 

and it could be true that some are pretentious bastards that chase away some of those, but I like this place. It kind of inspires me not only with new music but oddly enough I like a lot of the avatars some of the members have. =/

And the journals are a main reason why I lurk. Seriously when I read some of the stuff, I feel like I know zero about the music but I'm not going to cry about it. But rather be grateful and share what I do know even if everyone else already knows. Or not.

When I come on here, I feel like I want to rearrange my apartment and get out all of my music collection and go downtown to Hugo Boss and suit up!

Nice intro. The journals ended up being the final deciding factor that prompted my own membership. Hopefully you'll end up contributing some new interesting music. If not, maybe just a fresh perspective. Enjoy your time here.

Welcome! Great intro. This place is nice, yes. It's one of the only music joints around where your taste in music isn't necessarily grounds for complete ridicule.
