Hey!
Hey everyone,
I joined this site a few days ago, but haven't posted too much, so I figured an introduction might help. My name is Steve and I'm from New Jersey. So let's see, I like pretty much all genres of music, but I suppose I have the most of indie/alternative rock. Some of my favorite bands are Coldplay, Muse, Dave Matthews, The Strokes, Mumford & Sons, Two Door Cinema Club, Maroon 5, The Killers, A Silent Film, King Charles, and dozens of others (just ask me if you want to know more.) Over the past year or so I've gotten more into folkier/acoustic music like Ben Howard, Ed Sheeran, Good Old War, and Passenger. I also have been playing piano for the past 13 years, mostly classical and then I started playing more popular music over the past few years. Fun fact, yesterday I hit 1,000 artists on my iTunes, so that's an accomplishment for me (mostly all of them have at least an album to their name), so I listen to a lot of music. If anyone's local to NJ, my favorite radio stations are Radio 104.5 in Philly and 98.1 WOGL (which is the greatest hits of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, which are always great to listen to.) As for movies, I pretty much love comedy, action, adventure. The last ones I've seen were The Avengers, The Dictator, The Hunger Games, to give you an idea. My favorite TV shows are Modern Family, Game of Thrones, The Office, Community, Parks & Rec, 30 Rock, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, Tosh.0, pretty much every show on the USA Network, and The Legend of Korra lately (to relive those past Avatar years.) So pretty much comedy or drama. If you're interested, I made a playlist on 8tracks that you may enjoy listening to to get a better idea of my favorite music (at least my favorite summer music.) I can't post URL's yet, but if you post "106 Songs of Summer" in the 8tracks search bar, you should find my playlist pretty quickly. I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys, and ask me anything you want to know! Thanks! Steve |

Going by those radio stations I'm going to venture a guess you're a bit south from me. I'm in Passaic county.
Anyway, welcome to the forum! Read the rules and obey them. You also must post a picture of yourself shaving a giraffe. This is mandatory. |

There you go, am I cool enough to be in the club yet!? I did my best with Paintbrush (I don't have Photoshop on my computer anymore.)
I went with the Schick Quattro Titanium Trimmer, and you can tell by my one-handed approach that I know what I'm doing. This isn't the first time I've shaved a giraffe in the beautiful lands of Tuscany. |
