Greetings from Iran

Hello everyone.

My name is Matsuri, and I'm from Iran. I play an old Iranian instrument named Santur, and I mostly like Classical, Jazz fusion and Metal music. Hope I can be a good (but not quite active) member here.

Hi Matsuri. Nice to meet you. By chance, do you listen to Farzad Golpayegani? I love all his work. His earlier more metal albums rocked. His album 4 went softer, but I still enjoyed it. His album 5 I have only heard bits of, but he fused his guitar playing with electronic ambient and similar sounds. And I hear he is working on releasing 6 soon.

I don't know too much else musically from Iran, but if you know of him, I'll finally have someone to talk to about him. If you don't know him, you should look into finding his works!
