Newbie Alert!
Hello all
First time posting in a forum for quite some time. Years ago I used to post and browse the Channel V website's forum and the community there was insanely full of hate. Hoping to get some enjoyable and optimistic experiences from here! I'm a 22 year old Aussie girl with an obsession for all things music. I find it hard to meet anyone who shares my interest and passion for music as much as I do.... I kinda think I should have been born in another era :p Just looking for an extra way to discover more music and any sort of musical trivia and info that will interest me. Plus I love a good discussion I enjoy a wide range of music. Notably I am quite fond of Alternative Rock/Folk/Country but most of the music I listen to falls under the Alternative genre. I love bands and I try to see at least one live act every year. Don't get me started on who my favorite bands are, I could go on forever! But I will say that I adore The Jayhawks (if anyone knows who they are). I also talk lots, if you haven't picked up on that already :p |

Don't be scared, you seem like you'd be the type to stick around. I recommend having a read of some of the threads and get used to the place. The lounge is great for general chit chat and we can get to know you better.
