that's totally mutual by the way. Our main problem is that you do Yahoo and I do MSN. But who knows. Quote:
I got most of my friends via audioforums. I've been hanging around on those for many years. And I got to know quite some people from sites ebay. You just start mailing about the stuff you're buying or selling and when you're both into music or audio, you are likely to become friends. I've got to know like 80% from my friends from the internet. They're real friends now, by the way. I'm having some friends over (Jurjen, Andreas, Rob and Marc) and I know all of those via the Internet. Marc I know via another friend, but I first started mailing and chatting with him. It's really convenient. I can honestly say that I only have... Two or three friends I don't know from the internet. Strange, eh? I met my ex-girlfriend after half a year of chatting, but I've also got a very good friend which I talked to on the phone and via the internet for years. I got to know her in October 2001 via a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend (literally). I didn't meet her until in august 2008 we both were on the same festival And this is her again at my place, this winter Baking pancakes. Things like this can really be brilliant. I love her so much, she's a great friend, even after all those years and changes we've been through. Quote:

I've never really had a cyber relationship as such. Yeah I did mess around with some girls I got to know via the internet, but I don't think I'd like that for a long period of time. I do know it's possible to fall in love through the internet though. Been there, done that, got the cookie eventually So just to make things clear; I got to know LOTS of friends via the internet, but apart from some I did actually meet them in the end.

It is very interesting that you've met most of your friends over the internet; the same goes for meeting your ex-girlfriend similarly. She looks lovely by the way! Her face actually reminds me quite a bit of one of my college roommates. ha ha....when |

The girl on the pics is not my ex, she's the girl I had known for years via the internet before I got to know her. Got that? To make stuff complete, here's my ex and me, last week: Except for the brown hair they are pretty easy to keep apart It's easy for me to get to know people over the internet. There's shared interests and the fact that the Netherlands are a small country. I just join a music forum, get to know some people, have a drink at some point and voila, friend. Well, not every time obviously. Hmm, reason I get to know most of my friends through the internet is that I don't work or go to school. I live from disability benefits because of an autistic disorder. So I don't get to know much people in real life (which doesn't mean I'm alone all the time. I have friends over every day, literally, the last one just left, it's 1:12am now).
