Neat about the girl you're sharing some sparks with. Too bad she has a boyfriend, but if he's a nice guy, that's great.
Patience, patience.
I'm never the desperate type. I don't mind waiting or not having someone. It's hard right after a break-up, but apart from that I am quite happy on my own. So patience isn't a problem

Ah, I don't know about that (re: Tore), lol. I think he's just a nice guy Smart and interesting too.
I can only agree with that

I actually have Adium as well. When I got my mac like a year ago, I thought they didn't have Yahoo for mac, so I used it via Adium. But I just got Yahoo this past month. It works alright so far, but a) I can't see anyone's pics --boo, b) most can't see my pic, and c) Yahoo has my account info wrong, but I can't edit it --boo hiss.
They never make proper chat applications for macs, do they. The Mac version of MSN Messenger has similar problems...
My ex-girlfriend is sitting a couple of feet away from me, wondering how her Mac works. While I sit happily on her previous laptop (no Mac). She can't really hide her jealousy. But she needs a mac for Final Cut Pro. Pity...
I bought her old laptop. It did need some TLC, but it's just fine now .

Seriously, yes, lol. It was a Blackberry Curve. And they didn't all come out good quality, lol. Most were like too dark, blurry, etc. My friend just took quite a few pics--I was actually getting a bit peeved because he kept snapping away. Btw, it was my ex boyfriend. He's a friend now, but just so you don't think i was in a random friend's bedroom letting him taking pics, lol
Ghehe, I have made quite some pics of my 'regular' female friends on my bedroom. Nothing fancy though
You might think this is a bit strange... But I just made pics of my ex girlfriend's 'ladyparts' for an art school project.
I hadn't seen those in a while. I actually greeted them for fun .
Ah well, all very professional, of course.
I was surprised how not-awkward it felt. So yeah, as you can see, my ex and me are still friends too. Very good ones obviously.
Eitherway, on phone camera's: She has one of those Samsung Android Phones. As as phone it sucks, but the camera and the software are just great. I love playing with it .

Gosh, 3000 pics a month! Holy cow! I take like maybe 30 a month, HAHA!
I always have at least one camera with me wherever I go. And my mobile phone. It is really an automatism, I don't even notice that I make so many pics. They are just... there .

Whaha, quoting what my ex is saying right now: "Goddamned iTunes. Stop playing this crap, stop it! I hate iTunes". She's just my kind .

Wow, thanks for all the music vids! I'll check them out. And no reason in particular that I thought you were a metal head. I didn't really. Just the name of the band, perhaps. I dunno..

xo
No prob. Hope you like them.
What band made you think I'm a metalhead?
Oh well, I wouldn't mind being a metalhead, I just don't know that much metal I actually like

^ This intro thread just keeps on rolling, doesn't it?

Welcome aboard Holly. It's good to see you sticking around and posting on the boards.

Really? Not Morning Glory? Not even Definitely Maybe? Interesting. This isn't the first time I have seen you offer an unusual opinion. Not that that's a bad thing of course, just interesting.

Definitely Maybe was good for its time, Morning Glory made me sick of it very fast. Don't even get me started on Be Here Now....

Don't Believe The Truth is the only place where the songwriting got interesting.....

That's interesting to me because for me it goes Def Maybe > Morning Glory > Be Here Now/Dig Out Your Soul (whichever way around they go, I can't decide) > SotSoG > Don't Believe the Truth > Heathen Chemistry.

Well I don't know what to tell you. Oasis are a childhood love for me, so I still like them but I would normally tell people to listen to their first two albums and then if they didn't like them, not to bother going any further as it was all downhill fast from there. If you like Don't Believe The Truth more than those two records however then maybe you would see things differently. Basically I don't hate any Oasis album, but I can only really say that I love two of them.

it's just THAT bit different from the usual generic three-chord Beatles-esque pop-rock

Me too. Nothing much more to add... just a novelty to see another one.

Welcome anyway.
