I like MB so far!
hokay, So...
I joined MB because i've LOVED what I've seen from the guys in this forum so far. The knowledge I need is here, and the people that need what limited knowledge I have are here as well. I've never been more excited. My Favorite trait about myself: I'm opinionated, but I take my time making them based off level-headed and educated decisions. Hobbies: Music, Skiing, Sports, Nerding (CADding and video games), Cooking. With that said here's my Music Bio: I love any kind of music with the following exceptions (no offense to those who DO like these) 1) Modern Punk-Rock. Why? NOTHING is worse than a scrawny white boy complaining about everything in life, especially girls and friendships. 2) Modern Rap. void of talent, this music depicts the boring club life of scoring betches. real hip-hop died in 1995... My music selection is TINY compared to most here, but mostly lossless in format and re-played meticulously with Sony MDR-F1 headphones. Most of my knowledge I can offer here is hardware based, from the speaker to the source, and anywhere in between. Questions there? ask away! Reason for being here: 1) Foobar2000 help. i'm adopting this new program, but I'm super confused. 2) The discovery of new music. Pandora, Last.fm are good sources, but sometimes it misses things. I want the juice that can't be found anywhere else. 3) I don't know what I don't know. Teach me! Oh and PS. I don't use Avatars. Sorry if anyone finds that frustrating. |

If not, you probably should and then get back to me. Consider them welcome recommendations, unless you've already heard them. Welcome. |

You seem to dislike modern stuff for no other reason than the fact that it's modern. Punk rock is still alive, and certainly hip hop as well. Just dig a little deeper - the old stuff's already been found and preserved, the new stuff is out there and just waiting for you to find it.
