Welcome, you have some awesome taste. When I saw Kentucky I was hoping for someone that might love country and bluegrass. Metal, jazz, and punk is good enough for me though! I'm from a state or so south of ya. Enjoy your stay this place can teach you a lot if you're looking to expand your taste.

In order...
@Janszoon: Believe it or not, not so much. Slint is pretty good (and of course, incredibly influential) but not really loving his solo stuff. @morgos: I would definitely check out The Black Keys. So far I only have "Brothers" and one song off of a compilation, but I will soon be buying more. @Conan: I'm from the good ol' city of Louevil. @s_k: Well I got tired of "Blarg" as a screen name because half the time people were like, "SO DO U LIKE RED VS BLUE LOL." Still not entirely sure why, as I only have a vague idea what Red Vs. Blue is. But anyway. @Hank The Drifter: Yeah, I'm definitely looking for some musical expansions. Always am. And I'm not a big bluegrass fan myself, but I tolerate and occasionally enjoy country. |

Eitherway, I wouldn't have a clue what red & blue would mean. I'd just go for purple and get it over with.

You pronounce it Lou-uh-vull? A lot of people here in Ashland say it that way, but my college roommate was from there and told me it was supposed to be "Lou-ee-ville".
