Default Ahoy.

My name is Max and I have absolutely zero musical ability. I cannot read music or write it. But I do love to listen to LoFi! User search for AISim on last.fm to see.

The last time I did anything remotely musical was about 13 years ago in middle school... Until a bit ago. I drug out a 15+ year old keyboard that lets you only play two keys max at a time. If you push three or more no sound is played. There is no audio out jack so I had to tape a mic to the speaker. I'd post a link to the terror that came out and a picture of the keyboard all taped up but it appears that I need 15 posts before I can do that.

Hope I can learn something from this forum!

Mm, it is pretty impressively poor looking. I even enclosed the speaker in a box with the mic in it. The box is an old metal Lemonheads tin.

Best I could do was a recorder in elementary school. As for my favorite bands I really like Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, W. Ward, Fink, Say Hi, Saturday lo-fi.. I just found Wolf Parade two days ago so I've been listening to them a ton.

Why the hell have you made three posts, and yet under your avatar it says you've only made one?

I think that the post count is disabled for the introduction section of the forum?

Posts are only counted in the MB Reader and all the music forums, plus the Media and Sports & Rec sections. When you post in the Introductions or Lounge section your post count doesn't go up.

Welcome to MB!!
