How old posts can I bump?

It depends what they are. If it's a thread dedicated to specific band then we actually prefer you bump the old thread instead of creating yet another thread about a band that already has one, and if it's something with worthwhile content we're usually okay with it too. On the other hand if it's some pointless thread from 5 years ago like "what color socks are you wearing today" or if it's something with an obviously past expiration date then we prefer you don't bump it.
