It sounds as if you hate Metalcore bands and not Emo.

I'm not talking about true emo bands. Just the ones that has fans claiming it's emo. The ones that have "emo kids."

Whiny Pop Punk like Paramore, I don't know if they indeed claim to be anything, but for example if they claim to be Emo - the fact of the matter is they aren't. Same with any other band.
Because Cap'N Jazz, American Football, JEW and Sunny Day Real Estate, Mineral, Texas Is The Reason etc. ARE Emo, and they're brilliant bands.
It sounds to me as if you don't actually hate Emo, you seem to hate fake Emo where the band has more eyeliner than emotion, I.E My Chemical Romance.

That's odd. It's a bit apparent that you don't know much about emo or screamo (which isn't really metal influenced, by the way) yet you dislike "fake" emo music that claims it's emo but also claims it's hardcore and metal? I mean I get what you're saying about fans who don't know anything and call whoever wears eyeliner "emo", but what does that have to do with metal and hardcore?
