Default Hi there, people!

Been looking for a general music discussion forum for quite some time now. Facebook just does not cut it!

What's up, folks?! I'm a fan of many genres but mainly classic and alternative rock. Favourite bands include U2, R.E.M., The Beatles, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, Radiohead and lots more.

I also hope to discover some new music over here, what with Top 40 radio churning out all the latest ****s over and over again.

Cheers,

Musikwala.

Hey Musikwala!

There's tons and tons of music to discover here, but sometimes you have to dig a bit to find the best threads. We have quite a few brilliant members journals here where members review or write about music and it's not unlikely you'll find one written by someone with similar tastes as yours.

Anyways, welcome to the site! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Lovely to see someone from South Africa here! I hope you will enjoy finding new music at MusicBanter and sharing your own tastes and views.

Howdy from Houston, TX. Stick around and you'll have so much new music you won't know what to do with it all.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys.

Hope I don't get too addicted to this forum like I got with the last one, a U2 forum. Hehe.
