Greetings. I come from muzicforums, disgusted by their community and the admins who ban anyone under their personal pleasure :crazy:, and I hope this would be different.
So I shall tell all the truth about myself here:
I am fifteen years of age, born in Ukraine but live in Ireland for 5 years already. I am 2 meters tall, have an understanding for many things and am fluent in English.
I am writing fiction for 1.5 years already, and have started two novels. One is 20000 words and the other is 12000. But please lets leave it at this. My writing led me into a conversation that I do not find suitable for my level in the last forum I tried.
Please do not despise me or consider me arrogant. I respect all people as they respect me, and would not look down on anyone unless they underestimated me.
I have also studied Game Development, and am capable of creating a fully operational 3D game. The only problem is that it is extremely time consuming.
My third skill is Art. Two years ago I have found my ability to draw. Unfortunately I cannot post my best masterpiece, but my word will have to be enough for now. Well not masterpiece, but it is something I am proud of. A character from my second novel (Horror of course).

Again, please do not think of me as arrogant, and do not underestimate me by my age. Being called a KID is the most terrible insult which I cannot endure.

I get my inspiration on ROCK. Not just any ROCK, HEAVY and BLACK ROCK. I feed on the music. It fuels my mind.
My favorite bands are Samael, Static-X, Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, Dope and Korn.
As you may have guessed, I seek to live a life of darkness you probably won't understand (So please no hate comments about it). Cindergarden and Silent Hill have the music that fuel my determination towards the wonderful world of the absence of light. Again, this is something I found unexplainable and commonly misconceived, making people presume I have 'troubles' or I am satanic.

But this is not about me, it is about Music.

Rock and Dark is what I like.

You seem to come with quite a few stipulations. But welcome.

Dirty... It has been a year since I have gone through the teenage phase. I am just being open with you. I do not mean darkness like suicide etc. Listen to Cindergarden or silent hill and you might understand what I am talking about.

What 3D programs do you use? If I was smart enough to make myself learn Python further, I would make a fully operational game too, if I had the time.

There is nothing wrong with being called a kid, because you are kid.

I've been trying for nearly a year.

I use Mudbox, 3ds max, maya, zbrush and sketchup for modeling/texturing/animation, and unity 3 pro as a game engine (Currently I could not find a better one. Udk is not worth it).

I understand why you think me to be a kid, but I find myself somewhat more advanced than my peers. Of course I know that they are better than me in some ways, but I do not 'Mess', do not talk much (This might be considered a disadvantage because my number of friends in reality is 0), and I can look at things in an unbiased correct way.

Alright, whatever. Next thing.

Today was my first exam day during this year (2 more will follow until the week is finished). What I really want to say is 'This is one BIG waste of time!:jailed: I have spent 7 hours stranded in that jail cell, doing only an hour of exams! In that time I have learned all my biology off by heart as well as geography (sorry for the change of theme, but it is something I would like to say).

And xEMGx, I think rock is a sort of metal. Metal is really to weak for me, the only type of metal I only listen to knowing that it IS metal is black.

I cannot write much further, because my do not seem to respond properly from the cold outside and an hour of writing, so goodbye for now.

Whenever I searched for metal music I got some heavy pop songs. I do not care as much about the sub-genre than the actual music.

...fuck. Since I don't have much money right now, and I'm running Ubuntu, I often use Blender because it's free, and my operating system supports it. When I feel like making my own textures, I use GIMP and do some basic drawing for textures by mapping the mesh ect.

For mah rendering, sometimes I'll use the built in renderer in blender, and if I want something photorealistic, I'll use the wondrous, free renderer LuxRender. It's a magical program, but it takes FOREVER to render stuff if you have too many reflections, if you have SSS turned on or whatever.

It's a shame that I can't get Maya or 3DS Max :\

I am bad at explaining myself, that is the problem.
Scissorman: I hate both the videos you have shown to me, and you probably never listened to cindergarden. I listen to their songs for dark inspiration.
The top video is rock? This is something I call pu**y rock, if you know what I mean. The second video is the black metal genre. I like SOME black metal songs, but only those which have some melody to them.
The music that I like is between those 2, closer to the black metal.

i did not say that I hate all metal etc. I do not care as much about what genre it is (only if its pop. I hate that.) than the actual music. Rock and metal are brothers in my opinion. Both have songs similar in nature. I just call every song that I listen to heavy rock. It would take too much effort to learn all the dozens of sub-genres there are and sort out each song accordingly.

You probably don't like the vast majority of rock music either.

The first video IS rock, hello, RHCP? And the second video isn't black metal it is death metal. As for Cindergarden, I have heard the music and stand by my statement - it sucks. I don't say that something sucks unless I hear it first
