Greetings and salutations

I've joined Music Banter because I want to expand my music tastes/learn more

Favourite bands/music include:
The Kinks, Joy Division, Kate Bush, The Clash, The Replacements, Charles Mingus, Frank Zappa, Big Star, Tom Waits, Comus, The Adverts, King Crimson, Gentle Giant, Pink Floyd, Jacqueline du Pre, Miles Davis, Husker Du, My Bloody Valentine, Brian Eno, The Fall, The Smiths.

I'm looking forward to getting involved and learning new things here.

Vespertine, welcome to MB!

Big Star is one of the bands I learned about here. Their "Dream Lover" song is very pretty, I feel! As is "September Girls."

Haha Can't wait to find out more. There's whole realms of music I haven't delved into yet. I'm looking forward to it.
