This Angry Silence

Hey everybody, My name's This Angry Silence, and I just got here! Like most of you I'm a music freak, and also an aspiring writer, but who really cares about that? There's a lot of aspiring artists out there, and I bet there are a lot in here.

So, the most important thing, what kind of music do I like? Well, I'm really into indie in general and have a thing for post-punk bands. I don't consider post-punk to have made the best songs or albums but I feel it was probably the strongest genre as a whole I've encountered. But my favorite bands are indie, I like NMH, Arcade Fire, The Beatles of course, obviously Bob Dylan, The Velvet Underground, Animal Collective, Public Image Ltd., My Bloody Valentine, Pixies, Sonic Youth and so on and so forth.

Anyway, I hope I enjoy it here and I look forward to posting.
