I posted a few messages before in other threads, but that was quite a few months ago so I figure I should just start fresh.

Hello all! My name is Aidan and I'm a Canadian! I'm something of a music lover but far from a music expert, and I am always on the lookout for new exciting bands.

I suppose if I had to choose a favorite genre it would be rock/pop. My personal tastes are always changing, but the bands I've (for the most part) consistantly have loved are Death Cab, Radiohead, Modest Mouse, Elliott Smith and The Beatles among others. I recently am starting to get into The Shins and some of The Beach Boys/Brian Wilson's material.

I hope to become a regular on here, and look forward to meeting you all. :)

I have to disagree with you on that one. Best part about Canada? LOL. You obviously don't live here or have never been here...

Thank you Burning Down. I've never even watched Trailer Park Boys, yet I don't really feel like I'm missing out.

Nah, you're not missing out. It's such a stupid show. I couldn't even get through one episode.

I love Ottawa. I have a lot of family there, and one of my best friends is a Parliament tour guide :)
