Jamie Harris Music
hey guys my name is Jamie Harris and i here to get some tips in advertising my music without coming accros as unintentional and spam-like! I enjoy talking about music and writing. I someday hope to be a songwriter, of course a professional music performer would always be nice... I really enjoy reading my Bible and leading worship, however my music is not your typical "Christian Music." I love that style but im dissapointed in the redundancy that has occurred in that music. I enjoy listenning to it, but i cant find myself to write and/or perform that kind of music. Christian or not my music is welcoming to all audiences. If your interested check it out! In the meantime check out some of my posts, i could use some pointers as a learning and growing musician!
Thanks!!! |

Don't do it here.
That's the best piece of advice anyone here will give you. Without coming off too strongly, this is a forum for discussion of established musicians, not promotion of your own. Applies to your sig as well.

oh ok, thankyou! I adjusted my signature i see an admin has also solved that problem. I understand not using a forum to advertise, and it makes sense! I plan on using this forum to grow as a musician, and i figure one way to do that is to learn how to come across in a considerate way without being all "in your face" about it. Are there any categories you would recommend for me to do some research here on MusicBanter???
