Default Hello everyone =]!

Hello everyone, I am new here. My name is Elizabeth, I am 18 years old and I am a student. I love forums mainly because I am good at expressing my thoughts through words and trying to understand people. I am a songwriter, again I am good with words. I have been writing for many years, its my only way of expressing myself and getting my emotions out because I am a very reserved person and keep alot to myself. I like every genere of music execpt rap and oldies, but I have an open mind to all music. My favorite style is Country, but my favorite band is All Time Low. I love music videos that have a great storyline, and song lyrics that I can relate to.

Well that's a different take on the usual 'I like everything apart from Rap & Country' that we usually get in here.

Welcome

Isn't most music oldies? Or were thinking of a particular era?

Anyway, welcome aboard.

Uhm mostly oldies from anything my parents listened too. When I was young they loved to force most music like Opera and really old music from the 30's and 40's onto me. Lol, yeah most people I know aren't to big into country but hey its cool to be different (:! Thanks for the welcome!

Welcome, Elizabeth!

I also enjoy videos (and songs) with a storyline. Country isn't my favorite genre, but I must confess that from the first moment I heard Taylor Swift's "Love Story" I have liked the song and the video (that is one cool castle!). I find that Love Story's unabashed romanticism, which is one reason I cringe whenever I hear the song, is also its characteristic that appeals to me. Swift wasn't afraid to write an over-the-top, simplistic love song. It takes bravery to reveal the fairy tale one wishes were true.

I like writing but I like drawing. Expressing myself both ways
